PETITION
to
ENFORCE PERJURY LAWS IN FAMILY COURT
Have you ever gone to court on a simple status check and all of a sudden you are faced with having to defend yourself against atrocious allegations that are too unbelievable to be true that the only reason for these vicious allegations were to suspend your visitation or to take it away all together;
Have you been given visitations against your ex spouses wishes and he/she refuses to comply with the Courts Orders for your visitation and find your self back in court?
When you go to court to defend yourself against these allegations or to have the judge enforce his ruling of your visitations and you find that the judge just dismisses your motion for sanctions to hold your ex in contempt of court simply stating, no harm no foul and then awards your ex and his/her attorney fees and costs.
Judges will say that they have to "err on the side of the child" in cases of allegations of abuse and neglect. But often times what occurs is that once it has been determined that the allegations were false, the judge will simply award you make up time, to which you never see, only to find yourself back in court arguing that your visitations are sill being withheld. And still the Judge looks the other way.
This Petition to Enforce Perjury Laws in Family Court will make it so that Judge have to take the 30 seconds it takes to swear someone in and then if that person is caught lying in person, or in any legal court document they will be found guilty of perjury and would then have to answer to the laws of Perjury.
Some of us think that, "Why don't judges just automatically do that?" The answer to that is because Judges rely on the campaign contributions of the attorneys to be re-elected so by not swearing everyone in and Enforcing, the key word, ENFORCING, the perjury laws it leads to their clients being able to do and say what ever they want in court to win custody and deny visitation to the non-custodial parent.
In 2010 I sent a link to the each and every Family Court Judge throughout the State of Nevada asking them to visit and sign the Perjury Law Oath, that they would uphold the perjury laws in their court rooms. Unfortunately, and not to my surprise, not only did they not visit the site but they also ignored/blocked and spammed my email address. So you be the judge, Do you think that the Family Court Judges will enforce perjury laws in their court room on their own? I also sent it to 100 Family Law Attorneys and not one of them responded.
So please sign this petition to ensure that Perjury Laws are enforced in Family Court to give everyone a legal fair ground and to stop the needless stress and emotional/psychological and sometimes physical harm to a child.
